What a decoration package actually includes

Six tiers, what separates them, and what the price already covers so you are not paying twice.

ShowTime

Decoration is the add-on people ask about most and understand least, mostly because the word covers six different things at six different prices. Here is what actually separates them.

The tiers

  • **Standard decoration — ₹1,500.** A themed balloon setup, lights and a name display. This is the baseline and it is a complete look, not a stripped-back one.
  • **Standard decoration with photowall — ₹2,000.** The same setup plus a photo wall to take pictures against.
  • **Premium decoration — ₹2,000.** A fuller, more elaborate themed setup.
  • **Premium decoration with photowall — ₹2,500.**
  • **Heart decoration — ₹2,500.** The romantic setup, built for proposals and anniversaries.
  • **Heart decoration with photowall — ₹3,000.**

The pattern is straightforward once you see it: the photowall adds ₹500 at every tier, and the three base themes are standard, premium and heart.

What the price already covers

Setup and cleanup are included. That is the part worth knowing, because it changes the comparison against doing it yourself. You are not arriving early to put things up and you are not staying late to take them down. The room is finished before you walk in and clearing it afterwards is our problem.

Where the money actually goes

The jump from standard to premium buys density — more of everything, arranged more elaborately. The jump to heart buys a different shape rather than more of the same, which is why it is the one to pick for a proposal or an anniversary and not the one to pick for a tenth birthday.

The photowall is the best-value ₹500 in the list if photographs matter to you, because it gives the group somewhere to stand. Without one, the photos end up taken against whatever wall happens to be free.

Things that pair with it

Decoration is often bought alongside the two add-ons that change the room rather than dress it. Fog entry is ₹1,990 and does its work in the first ten seconds. A memory photowall of your own printed photos is ₹500 and does its work over the whole evening.

Party poppers and spray cans cannot be brought in — they damage the room and set off the alarms. If you want a confetti moment, say so and it is set up safely.

Booking it

Decoration is priced separately from the room, so it does not scale with how many hours you book. Add it when you book rather than on the day: the setup happens before you arrive, and that only works if we know it is coming.
